Richmond, VA - Back Porch Stoop
A Northside Richmond Customer needed repairs (and desired an expansion) to a back porch stoop. After our evaluation of the existing structure, it was determined repairs would well exceed the cost of replacing. Therefore it would be best to demo the existing and rebuild from scratch. This allowed the expansion to be better facilitated as well. This was a small but very fun project to complete. Click here for additional pictures.
Henrico, VA - Bathroom Floor Repair
This near-Northside Henrico Customer needed major repairs to the bathroom floor of a rental house they owned caused by a long-term water leak never reported by the tenant. Upon inspection, we determined the extent of the rot, identified 2 sources of leaks (and fixed), performed the demo of rotted items, reinforced the floor joists with sister-ed and new joists, installed a new sub-floor with tile, and installed a new vanity and toilet. Tenant now has a fully functional bath again with no fear of the floor collapsing. Click here for additional pictures.
