Founder, Director of Operations​

Randy has been crafting his expertise in construction for over 38 years. After earning a Drafting & Design Technology AAS, graduating from JSRCC in 1985 cum laude, he worked at Elco Concrete Co. from 1986-1998 as a Concrete Formwork Engineer and Project Manager. Although he made a career jump in 1996 by starting his own IT/Internet Business (Global Web Solutions, Inc.) and later merging with another local IT company in 2015, Randy's passion for construction never halted as he continued working on residential construction projects on weekends. In 2022, he retired from IT to pursue general construction full-time – specializing in framing, siding, sheetrock, and decking with another local contractor. Randy founded the team at Around Your Home, LLC in December 2023 and fulfills the multi-hat role of Director of Operations.
